Note: This application covers the period from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2009. The project or operations you are requesting ZAP funding for needs to take place during a 12-month period within this time frame. List the beginning and ending month and year. Due to the funding not being available until the end of 2008, it is recommended you utilize the funding in 2009. |
*Tier I & Zoological organizations must include their audited financial statements with the application form and the excel spreadsheet (template) by the deadline.
