Basics for Invitations to Mayor Corroon
If you would like Mayor Peter Corroon to attend or speak at your event or performance please follow these instructions.

A – Ask in advance.
The more notice we have, the better. In general, Tuesdays are busy because of county council meetings; evenings and weekends are limited because that is family time.
D -- Detailed information.
Give specifics such as time, place, attire (especially if other than a business suit), contact information, parking, how many will be in attendance, if his spouse & children are invited, cost, etcetera.
S -- Speaking engagement?
Be sure to specify if you want him to give remarks, how long you’d like him to speak, and what topic you’d like him to address. Once he has committed to attend your event, please feel free to provide appropriate talking points and background.
