Narrative:
Currently the project is on hold pending community fund raising. However, the initial proposal consists of upgrading the facility’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. In addition, the locker/restrooms are planned to be renovated along with enlarging the fitness room.
Furthermore, the upgrades and renovations will ensure that the building is compliant with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) requirements.
