Evergreen Park – Renovation
Address: 2266 East Evergreen Avenue (3435 South)
Narrative:
Evergreen Park was the first Salt Lake County Park. For more than 50 years this historic park has provided facilities for rest and recreation in the Millcreek area and is currently one of the most heavily used parks and shelter in the system. The park is adjacent to the East Millcreek Recreation Center, which uses the park year round for youth sports programs.
Potential changes to Evergreen Park are tied to the renovation of the East Millcreek Recreation Center and the Master Planning Project that is currently ongoing. Visit the Millcreek Master Planning website for more information.
