Design and development begins July 2007, with construction scheduled to start spring 2008 and complete by fall of 2008.

NOTE: Access To The Park By The Public: The park will be closed to all access April 29th - through May 13, 2008. Park will re-open throug the construction period on a limited access basis. A temporary parking area will be provided.
