The following renovations are proposed for the Kearns Recreation Center.
Replace and upgrade HVAC system
Re-roof entire facility
Upgrade ADA access to Gym
Upgrade and enlarge the kitchen and storage area
Upgrade restrooms to meet ADA standards
Replace existing front desk and reconfigure office area
Upgrade existing vestibule to meet ADA standards
Provide a new drop off / pick up area for the main entrance. Currently children and patrons are dropped off along 4800 West. The new drop off / pick up area creates a safer environment for children and patrons.
Remove existing sports court and replace with open grass play area
Replace existing lights
