- The following renovations are proposed for the Redwood Recreation Center and Multipurpose Fields.
- Create new multipurpose fields at 3100 S. and Lester Rd.
- Upgrade irrigation systems of two existing ball fields
- Add additional parking for fields use.
- Replace and upgrade HVAC system
- Plumbing and electrical upgrades
- Replace pool boiler and outdoor pool lights
- Reconfigure Pool House for better management
- Upgrade restrooms and locker rooms to Americans with Disability Access (ADA) standards
- Fitness room expansion and new Aerobics/Dance room
- Replace existing front desk and reconfigure office area
